Cooling for the Food Industry – Evaporative Condenser
In collaboration with a leading industrial air conditioning company from Valencia, we implemented an innovative cooling solution for a prominent Alicante-based company specializing in the production of smoked foods such as salmon and other fish.
A key aspect of the process was the installation of an evaporative condenser, an ideal cooling system for maintaining very low temperatures during the freezing of perishable food products. This ensured the preservation of the product’s quality, whether in storage areas, freezing equipment, or production lines.

- Removable wall for easy access and maintenance.
- High-efficiency droplet separator compliant with UNE-100030:2017-R.D.487/2022 standards, limiting drift losses to less than 0.002% of the recirculated flow.
Additional Equipment in the Cooling System
In addition to the basic features of the evaporative condensers, additional accessories were installed to provide a fully equipped product:
- PTC probe for precise monitoring.
- Anti-cavitation filter to protect the system.
- Anti-condensation heater to ensure optimal performance in variable environmental conditions.
